New CD release ‘DR. ZOO ‘20’ to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of making music (Click on picture to listen/buy).

DR. ZOO is PEI/Nfld songwriter Randal Arsenault, who has spent many years in Africa and Canada, making music and completing a doctorate of zoology. Since 2003, DR. ZOO has released 6 CDs, toured extensively and been nominated for multiple awards.

The album ‘20’ to celebrate 20 years of making music. Inspired by Paul Simon’s Graceland and the folk music of eastern Canada, the album combines contemporary folk with Celtic and African influences. Recorded partly in South Africa with Johnny Clegg drummer Barry Van Zyl and the South African Singers Choir, the album explores themes of multiculturalism and embracing our differences, and coming together to create positive world change.
